Nine people at a party means two tables, not one long one. Combining two Skyjo decks to seat everyone changes the card distribution and every probability that follows from it, so it is a house rule rather than a bigger official game.

This answer is for Classic Skyjo unless stated otherwise. Action and Junior may use different mechanics, and Voyage follows the original Classic gameplay.
