Can you finish another player’s layout in Skyjo?
No in Classic. Your turn changes only your own layout, although the card you discard may help the next player.

You cannot reveal, replace or remove cards belonging to another player.
You draw an 11 and want nothing to do with it, so you discard it. The player to your left can now take that 11, but that is their choice, not something you did to them. Nothing you do on your turn changes a card in anyone else's grid.
Action cards in Skyjo Action create additional interactions, so use the edition-specific rules there.
This answer is for Classic Skyjo unless stated otherwise. Action and Junior may use different mechanics, and Voyage follows the original Classic gameplay.
