How to play Skyjo Action
Set up the playing-card layout and action deck, then resolve the selected action effects exactly as the Action rulebook describes.
Learn it as its own edition
Do not begin with Classic rules and bolt on random action cards. Use the official Action setup, card types, turn sequence and scoring.
Key differences
Action introduces a separate deck of effects and star cards. Unused action cards can affect scoring, and matching removal is not limited to the same Classic vertical-column rule.
Table-side design
The site should show each action type as a compact reference card with timing, valid target, resolution order and one example. Search results must attach an Action badge so a Classic player does not apply the answer accidentally.
The Skyjo Action table
The Action table has more pieces than Classic: a number draw pile and discard pile, an action draw pile and discard pile, four face-up action cards available to take, and the player layout.
Number piles
A face-down draw pile and a face-up discard pile, exactly as in Classic.
